TLC Total Lawn Care LLC – Premium Lawn Care Program
This is a six visit program. The six regularly scheduled visits include fertilizer, crabgrass and broadleaf weed control, grub control, and a soil test (every 3 years). Spot treatments of difficult-to-control weeds are included. To keep the program affordable we do not include fungicide treatments in the program. Should a fungicide treatment be needed, an option will be given for purchasing that service at a discounted price.
- Visit 1:
- Includes an annual soil conditioner, slow-release fertilizer with crabgrass and broadleaf control, spot spray on any weeds and a lawn analysis. It will help start the spring growing season and minimize crabgrass break through.
- Visit 2:
- Includes slow-release fertilizer with crabgrass and broadleaf control, spot spray on any weeds and a lawn analysis. It will help start the spring growing season and minimize crabgrass break through.
- Visit 3:
- Includes slow-release fertilizer with crabgrass and broadleaf control, spot spray on any weeds and a lawn analysis. It will help start the spring growing season and minimize crabgrass break through.
- Visit 4:
- Includes any treatment necessary for insect control, weed control, nutsedge and crabgrass control.
- Visit 5:
- Includes slow-release fertilizer weed control treatment.
- Visit 6:
- Includes winter fertilizer to help build root zone to maximize vigor and stress prevention in next year’s heavy growing season.
Our Lawn Care Guarantee:
We will work with you to deliver the desired results for a healthy, green lawn. We will need your help with watering if natural precipitation is not sufficient. We are not responsible for drought or other weather conditions that have an adverse effect on your lawn’s health. We are also not responsible for poor cultural practices like mowing too low or dull blades causing ripping.

They are safer for the environment, provide for healthier growth, improved tolerance to drought, insect and disease-related problems, build the soil and assist with thatch decomposition.
Our Premium Lawn Care Program offers a timely applications using “TLC’s Soil Conditioner” which is applied in the 1st application of the year.
Soil Testing
The first step in our program is to take a soil test and send it away for analysis. This test will determine if there are any deficiencies in the soil, and will make recommendations for amending the nutrient deficiencies for phosphorous, potash and nitrogen.
Why Aerate?
Compacted soil and heavy thatch are the two biggest obstacles to a beautiful lawn. They tend to suffocate grass plants by preventing air, water and nutrients from reaching the root zoon. This means your lawn looks less than satisfactory in spite of adequate fertilizer, water and TLC! Aeration opens up the thatch and help relieves the compaction. It should be a regular part of your annual lawn maintenance program. Aeration is accomplished by the use of a machine equipped with cylinder-like-spoons designed to penetrate and shatter the soil. Half-inch diameter plugs of thatch and soil are actually pulled from the ground during this process . The plunging action of the spoons into the groud opens up the soil – allowing the grass pats to breath and promote deeper, healthier roots.
